Bringing airports and airlines together

Network 2010 arrives in Fort Lauderdale on 7 March, bringing airports together with key airlines to do business in the Americas. Since launching in 2001 the Network event has grown quickly, with the 2009 event in Dallas Fort Worth having over 261 delegates. Over 130 airports held in excess of 800 one-to-one meetings with 55 airline planners, discussing route opportunities in and to the Americas.
Network 2010 will provide the perfect opportunity for airports to build relationships with the US majors, low-cost competitors and regional operators, as well as planners from Latin America and beyond.

Overview

Like other events organised by Airline Business, Network provides a high-level forum where delegates are able to debate international route-planning strategy. The opening day conference sessions start off with a line-up of senior industry people, all giving their views on and insights of the air transport business.

The main feature of Network is a series of one-to-one meetings, which allow airport delegates an opportunity to discuss marketing plans with an impressive selection of senior airline route planners. Numerous new routes have been launched as a direct result of contacts made at Network. Network 2010 will again involve key decision makers from among the US majors, the fast-growing low-cost carriers and regional operators, as well as planners from Latin America and other places.
