Network is all about bringing airports and airline planners together to do business. This is why the event is based around a series of formal face to face meetings where airports get a chance to discuss their marketing plans with a choice of key carriers.

From previous events a growing number of routes have been launched as a direct result of these meetings at Network.

Once you register as an airport delegate we will ask you to submit your wish list of the carriers you would most like to meet via your scheduling system, but remember – early bookings get priority. Naturally, we will work to ensure that your schedule is as full and useful as possible, with a team of organisers also available on the day to arrange any last minute changes or additions.
Airports are guaranteed a minimum of seven meetings if we receive your wish list before 8 January 2010. Each meeting will allow you 25 minutes to present to a selected airline. However, we do aim to provide as many one-to-one meetings as the schedules allow and there will be plenty of other opportunities for informal contacts throughout the event.
 
 
To ensure that you make the most of your one-to-one meetings we strongly advise that you book your return travel after the last available meeting slot (16.00 Hrs, 9 March 2010). Once you have received your schedule of one-to-one meetings we cannot guarantee that any further requests will be accommodated. It is the delegate’s responsibility to inform the organizers if there are any restrictions to their availability for the one-to-one meetings (for example, travel arrangements or if an airport is accompanied by a consultant who is also representing others at their meetings).
